Q1: Can I get some samples?

A: Yes, you can. We would offer you samples to check our product quality, but it should be your side to cover the product and shipping cost.

Q2: What metal you make from for your products?

A: we can make K gold, sterling silver, copper or stainless steel while the stones we make setting is semi-precious stone or AAA CZ. We usually make rhodium, rose gold or yellow gold plating on the surface of jewelry.

Q3: What is payment terms and how to make transfer?

A: 30% deposit is need before we start production, while balance before we make shipment for you. You can send the money through T/T, Western Union or Paypal.

Q4: How long will it take to receive the goods after payment?

A: Usually we choose DHL/UPS/FEDEX as courier and it will need about 3-7 working days to arrive at your country.

Q5: What is your policy for the maintenance products?

A: We will re-solder, polish and fix stones without charges if customers bring back goods that need repairing;

Q6: Can you manufacture per customers' drawings or designs?

A:Yes, we can offer OEM service if you provide us specific requirements or clear photos, we will prepare CAD drafts for your confirmation before bulk production.

Q7: Will you make my designs for any other clients?

A: No, we will not make custom designs for other customers if the designs are original from you. We will keep your designs and your company information as confidential.

Q8: Will you make me a design if I offer you an idea?

A: Yes, we could do that for you if you provide a specific idea or draft for reference.
